Sessions 1 & 2: The Foundation
We focus on fundamental movement, balance, and conditioning unique to goalkeepers. Every great save starts with proper footwork and physical readiness.


Goalkeeper Conditioning: Lateral movement, recovery speed, & agility

SHOT-STOPPING

Sessions 3 & 4: Shot-Stopping & Reaction
These sessions zero in on fast-twitch reactions, catching technique, and handling high-pressure situations.

  • Diving Technique: Proper form to protect your body and extend your reach

  • Shot Reaction Drills: Improve reflex saves from close range

  • Catch & Parry Skills: Control the ball or redirect it safely under pressure

IQ - DISTRIBUTION

Sessions 5 & 6: Game IQ & Distribution
Goalkeepers are leaders from the back. These sessions help you read the game, communicate clearly, and distribute the ball with purpose.

  • Decision Making: When to come off your line, when to hold position

  • Game Communication: Lead your defense with clarity and presence

  • Distribution Mastery: Launch counters with accurate throws, punts, and passes
